Au Coeur de Megève sur Megeve

Great location in the center of town. Setting in the Alps is as amazing as one could imagine. Did not need to use my car for two days. Check in was very easy. Melissa was great and quite helpful. Room was tiny. I was traveling to Megeve to meet friends so it was ok for one person, but had I been traveling with my spouse it would have been very uncomfortable. 7th hotel I’ve stayed at so far during my 31 day trip to Europe and unfortunately the beds here were the least comfortable of the 7 (Room 9). Basically two twin beds put together to create a “king”. Shower was a disaster. Head points directly toward the door and is unmovable so when I turn it on it sprays right at me and out the door. Also has a handheld wand but I find them to be rather useless. Best feature was the nice terrace, which is where I spent most of my time when I was in the room. Only option in town for World of Hyatt members and for the most part it was a solid experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 4 nights, and one of the highlights was the exceptional service I received during breakfast from Wessim. Although I only had breakfast there one day, he made a lasting impression with his kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. My server, Wessim was attentive, welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect throughout my meal. His friendly attitude and thoughtful service truly added to my experience and made me feel well taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone who takes such pride in their work and goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. Thank you, Wessim, for making my stay even more memorable. The hotel is lucky to have someone like you on their team! I would happily recommend this hotel and hope to return again in the future.

We stayed at this hotel the weekend of May 23rd. From the moment we arrived, we felt an atmosphere of quality, both in the beauty of the place and in the warm welcome and attentive service from the staff. The staff escorted us to our room, which was simply stunning. We chatted with them over drinks at MEIGE, the hotel's cocktail bar, where the passionate and kind bartender introduced us to the range of products. The spa is also cozy and inviting. If you appreciate elegant establishments with friendly and welcoming staff, this hotel is a must. We highly recommend it.

The rooms lack privacy like the window is opened to a street into the downtown and you have no shutters or blackouts. This is fine if the room had air conditioning however, you have to ask for a mobile air conditioner brought into the room or you have to sleep with an open window that lets flies and people eyesight while you’re asleep. Second thing is the place does not offer a parking spot for you car. In fact they offer you a card for parking in a casino nearby and it will cost €30 per night. For Muslim people, the toilet seat does not have water floss. One last thing is the breakfast. It does not have a variety of food however the place is tidy, and the staff is very welcoming and friendly.
