I stayed at this hotel for an in-house training course. We received a very warm welcome, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I ate lunch and dinner there, and the food was excellent. Breakfast was varied, with cheeses, cold cuts, fruit, pastries, and more. The rooms were clean and soundproof. You can even go to the spa after work! Fantastic!

As a trainer, I had the pleasure of leading a seminar in the hotel's seminar room. The staff were incredibly attentive and readily available. You can feel the genuine warmth of the place as soon as you walk in. The meals were delicious and plentiful, with thoughtful touches during breaks. We booked a two-night stay at this hotel using a Wonderbox gift voucher and had a pleasant experience. Thank you to the staff for their kindness and understanding when we asked to change rooms, as the first one we were given was too noisy, being right next to the restaurant. Breakfast was plentiful, with plenty of choice, and the jacuzzi and sauna area was also very nice (it's a shame, however, that the time limit for each area is 30 minutes: we found it a bit long for the sauna, for example). The hotel benefits from a location close to the highway, which is convenient for getting to the center of Bordeaux. However, this also makes it a bit noisy. Aside from that, we recommend this hotel for short stays. ✨
