Based on the positive reviews, we went to this restaurant for lunch. We were ultimately disappointed: the service was very slow, even for the set menu. The Caesar salad had overcooked chicken pieces that were barely warm and stiff. The lamb shank was acceptable, although a bit dry. We don't plan on returning. Sorry.

04/09/2026: Almost three years of collaboration with Brasserie Burdigala! We're an association that organizes reggae/dub concerts in Bordeaux and the surrounding area, and Burdigala has been our brewer since January 2023. Since October 2025, we've been organizing open-air events in their outdoor space. Au Comté d'Ornon

27/04/2026: Very good value for money for this hotel, located in a very quiet industrial area. The hotel is clean, the room isn't very large but it's comfortable, and the bathroom is clean and functional. Breakfast is standard. The parking lot is closed after 11 pm, and there are charging stations available, as well as high-power charging stations nearby.
