The Au Cruchon restaurant is nestled on a quiet little street, far from the hustle and bustle and tourists. As soon as you step inside, you feel like you've taken a real trip back in time, like entering an old-fashioned Alsatian tavern. The exposed beams, traditional decor, and warm atmosphere create an authentic and charming setting. You immediately feel transported to another era. We ordered four different dishes, and each one was a true success. Generous, flavorful, and honest cuisine, prepared with care. The portions are very generous—it's best to arrive with a good appetite! 😉 After these magnificent dishes, we unfortunately didn't have room for dessert… and that's the only thing we regret 😌 A precious find, away from mass tourism. If you're looking for an authentic and delicious Alsatian experience, Au Cruchon is definitely worth a visit ✨

A small, typical Alsatian winchtub... good traditional cuisine. Top-notch service with a very kind person. Everything is delicious from the appetizer to the dessert... but come hungry because the portions are generous!

Exceptional Winstub ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A little gem, homemade cuisine, Alsatian flavors, and a true sense of hospitality and service. A must-try in Strasbourg (reservations recommended). A melt-in-your-mouth, extraordinary sauerkraut, a foie gras to die for, dishes prepared with love for the ingredients and the palate, very attentive service, elegant decor... Thank you! A small, intimate restaurant, but very friendly and decorated with a Christmas theme. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal; we all ordered the cordon bleu, and it was delicious. The desserts were also very good, but be warned, they have a lot of alcohol! 😅 I highly recommend it! Just be sure to book in advance.

We came for a meal with colleagues and had a wonderful time. The decor was just as welcoming as the service. We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of the dishes. We will definitely be back!
