Au Cygne sur Wissembourg

15/02/2026: Conveniently located in the city center, with its wonderful bridge architecture, this place is a great destination for experiencing Wissembourg's culinary scene. The seating is lovely. We were there for lunch, and it wasn't crowded. The menu is well-balanced and meat-heavy. The pan-fried duck liver was excellent, the lamb beautifully presented, though not perfectly tender, and the crème brûlée had a crisp, sugary finish.

06/02/2026: Very tasty lunch menu, great place to sit with a view of the Lauter river.
