16/08/2026: Very nice and fancy, unfortunately the coffee was weak – just a cappuccino with milk and a shot of coffee. I remembered it being better.

15/08/2026: Very good. The pastries, cakes, etc., are excellent, both in terms of taste and visual appearance.

29/09/2026: The meal was decent (mixed grill for two). The service was very pleasant and friendly, which was lovely. It was a bit noisy on the terrace.

The welcome was exceptionally friendly and professional, the interior modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean. The food was a true highlight. We were particularly impressed by the restaurant's child-friendliness – both the selection on the menu and the warm, playful manner of the staff. A big thank you to the entire team. We would love to come back again.

04/04/2026: A ☆TOP☆ recommendation from a very good friend 🙏 This was our first time at the mill, and we received outstanding service. The food and wine service are of an exceptionally high standard and truly deserve a Michelin star. The very friendly welcome and the consistently attentive, but never intrusive, service made the entire evening feel effortless. We also experienced truly authentic, first-class Alsatian cuisine, which was absolutely perfect. The portions and the impeccable presentation of the dishes were perfectly balanced. Ms. Benedict's wine recommendations were also excellent; she was always attentive, allowing us to fully enjoy the entire evening. It was our wedding anniversary, which also included our birthday, and we will definitely be returning in the future, even without any special occasions. 21/09/2026: I'll never set foot in that place again. We went there calmly to order, and they refused to serve us, saying they'd be closing in 20 minutes, even though they're open until 10 PM. This isn't the first time; it's discriminatory behavior... AVOID AT ALL COSTS

07/09/2026: We were here for our wedding anniversary. In short: simply delicious!!! We'll be back. Friendly service, great atmosphere, and cooked with love. Thank you so much!

07/08/2026: We knew this place before Covid; the beef fillet was between 4.5 and 5 cm. We went there in August, and the fillet was 15 mm thick. It was cooked medium (pink), even though we ordered it rare. The sauce wasn't homemade, and we had heartburn. There's a lack of staff, and it's impossible to satisfy customers under these conditions.

15/09/2026: We enjoyed two daily specials: confit duck leg with celery puree, new potatoes, and plum sauce, and an excellently pan-fried redfish fillet with various vegetables and basmati rice. Both were superbly cooked and beautifully presented. We also had a delicious Auxerrois wine; all in all, a very satisfying experience.

10/09/2026: We're disappointed this time. The steak was overcooked, not as ordered, and tough. The lunch menu now consists mainly of tarte flambée. You can get that anywhere. What a shame. ☹️

24/08/2026: We enjoyed excellent food with our baby in a peaceful atmosphere, thanks to a very friendly hostess. The menu is small and refined, the ingredients are carefully selected and attractively presented. Even young children are welcome.

03/08/2026: An unusual and sophisticated selection of dishes, the taste and blend of flavors are incredible, and the desserts are just as good! Honestly, I think it's one of the best restaurants I've ever been to! Bravo! 👌🏽☺️
