20/04/2026: A wonderful atmosphere, fantastic attentive, friendly, and professional service, a very good (i.e., not 200 dishes!) and interesting menu, and of course, correspondingly good food. Prices are on the higher side, but appropriate for the quality. We also stayed overnight in this beautiful house, and that was simply wonderful too! Stay, eat, enjoy – just do it!

25/04/2026: Last Saturday, we had the pleasure of enjoying a wonderful lunch with a large group.
The welcome was exceptionally friendly and professional, the interior modern, stylish, and spotlessly clean.
The food was a true highlight. We were particularly impressed by the restaurant's child-friendliness – both the selection on the menu and the warm, playful manner of the staff.
A big thank you to the entire team. We would love to come back again.

This was our first time at the mill, and we received outstanding service.
The food and wine service are of an exceptionally high standard and truly deserve a Michelin star.
The very friendly welcome and the consistently attentive,
but never intrusive, service made the entire evening feel effortless.
We also experienced truly authentic, first-class Alsatian cuisine,
which was absolutely perfect.
The portions and the impeccable presentation of the dishes were perfectly balanced.
Ms. Benedict's wine recommendations were also excellent; she was always attentive, allowing us to fully enjoy the entire evening.
It was our wedding anniversary, which also included our birthday, and we will definitely be returning in the future,
even without any special occasions.

I was there yesterday, March 26th, at 6:30 PM. The place was almost empty, and the table I wanted wasn't reserved. The waitress told me, without any reason, that it was impossible.
I would give it 5 stars less, but I can't 🙃
26/03/2026: Unfortunately, a disappointment. There were two of us, but we wanted a slightly larger table as the two-person tables were very cramped. Although the restaurant was almost empty, we were vehemently refused. We then left and went to another restaurant where, strangely enough, this was possible.
To put it diplomatically, the staff's behavior there was absolutely appalling. Never again!

19/03/2026: The service was very inconsistent. Typically French – aloof, but one young man tried to turn things around. The coffee and hot chocolate were average. The éclairs and ice cream were okay, though not exactly bargains. We got a table quickly, but the service was a bit slow.

26/03/2026: Compared to the past, there are now significant fluctuations in the quality of the food. The service is sometimes inattentive and negligent.
09/03/2026: On a recommendation, I ordered the "Forestiere" tarte flambée and was thoroughly impressed. A Picon beer perfectly complemented the experience. I would recommend making a reservation for lunchtime.

06/04/2026: Welcome and friendly restaurant. The service was very good, the food is of good quality, the prices are reasonable, and there are several vegetarian options. The restaurant is even vegan-friendly. If you indicate that you eat vegan, a meal is prepared especially for you.

06/04/2026: I went today, and I'm appalled by the terrible service. There were very few people, the staff were completely inattentive, and we received half-melted ice cream.
06/04/2026: I come here from time to time, and today I was particularly disappointed. I was at the drive-thru, and there was a long wait (maybe they were understaffed). I ordered a Big Mac meal and a muffin, but they were out of muffins, so they gave me a list of other pastries. I chose a chocolate donut. When I finally got to the window to pay, they told me they were out of chocolate donuts... so I ordered something else. I went home, and the Big Mac was almost cold (even though I live only 5 minutes away). There was only one ketchup (there are usually two), and the orange juice was watered down, so it wasn't very sweet.
This is the first time I've been so disappointed...

09/01/2026: In France, they still know how to eat well. Everything was superbly prepared and seasoned. A true delight. Very attentive and extremely friendly service. I can highly recommend it.

11/04/2026: Very disappointed with our meal, which is a real shame because the staff were lovely.
The food was really disappointing, with processed ingredients and a wok dish that was poorly cooked.
The value for money was terrible, far too expensive considering we were still hungry after our meal and felt unwell a few hours later. Some of the food wasn't even real.
For two people with drinks, it was €62.
Drinks were €15 for two people.
The meal was €47.

22/03/2026: A lovely inn, lovingly furnished and maintained by the owner. Delicious food, friendly service, and a welcoming, family atmosphere. If you're looking for great value for money, this is the place to go. Typical Alsatian cuisine and other tasty dishes.
22/03/2026: Yesterday, Saturday, was my 10th visit. Up until now, I'd tolerated the "oddities" of the house rules because the food was okay. BUT, that's it: Having to queue to pay because the owner doesn't trust his staff, not knowing where the tips go... the fact that some dishes are excellent and others below average... all strange but acceptable. Yesterday (March 21, 2026), however, we encountered an outrage that no guest should have to put up with: They were supposed to open at 12:00, but we arrived at 12:15. The place was already quite busy, and some people had even received their food! All the guests were crammed together in the area to the left of the door, where there were only three tables for six people free. We were shown to a table far away from everyone else, separated by room dividers, furniture, etc. – in short, the "cat table." When we declined their offer (there were still 20 tables free and the terrace was unused), they became unpleasant... they said we couldn't expect anything with only 3 people... etc. I should add that we ate there 6-8 times last year and spent an average of €120-150 with several people. Here, the restaurant isn't there for the customer; it's the customer for the owner, who is responsible for these strange behaviors! NEVER AGAIN!
