I've known you for three generations and I've been coming to your place... but here, friends, I'll skip over the unpleasantness of the first two meals (which I won't mention here) and simply end with this one. Fricassee is a religion. In one word: fricassee. You can put whatever you want in it, revisit it, or stick with the traditional... but a fricassee stuffed with tuna in water, where the water is still present, that's unheard of! Fricassee, whatever the recipe, is tuna in oil, tuna in oil, tuna in oil! Otherwise, it's just inedible. Quality, guys! The price doesn't matter, but quality and respect for the product are essential. Beyond the fact that that last meal ended up in the trash, it's a question of respect.
