I've known you for three generations and I've been coming to your place... but here, friends, I'll skip over the unpleasantness of the first two meals (which I won't mention here) and simply end with this one. Fricassee is a religion. In one word: fricassee. You can put whatever you want in it, revisit it, or stick with the traditional... but a fricassee stuffed with tuna in water, where the water is still present, that's unheard of! Fricassee, whatever the recipe, is tuna in oil, tuna in oil, tuna in oil! Otherwise, it's just inedible. Quality, guys! The price doesn't matter, but quality and respect for the product are essential. Beyond the fact that that last meal ended up in the trash, it's a question of respect. I tried the classic Tunisian sandwich, and it was simply delicious: crispy, fresh bread, flavorful mechouia (roasted lamb), well-seasoned tuna, hard-boiled egg, olives, potatoes… all perfectly balanced. The ingredients are high-quality and very fresh, and you can tell everything is prepared on-site with care. I also tried their version with merguez sausage, a real treat! The spices are present but well-balanced, adding plenty of flavor without being overpowering. Special mention goes to their homemade harissa, which enhances everything without overpowering the other flavors. You can truly taste the authentic flavors of Tunisia in every bite. My husband's favorite restaurant, and now mine too, we return regularly, and it's worth indulging while enjoying the delicious flavors of traditional kosher Tunisian Jewish cuisine. It's a small, simple, and friendly neighborhood restaurant where you immediately feel at home. The food is delicious: it features authentic, traditional flavors, carefully prepared. We started with a generous kemia and bottarga, then moved on to signature dishes like akoud, mloukhia, ganaouià, pkailà, psaloubia, not to mention a delicious couscous with merguez and meat. I love all their dishes; it's hard to choose. Also, to whet our appetites, the boukha is a pure delight and goes perfectly with the kemia, bottarga, the crispy mini fricassee, and the gourmet brick pastries, which my young son greatly enjoys. The service is attentive, the waiters attentive, and the owner very kind, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I recommend this restaurant.
