A hidden gem! The reviews had us very excited for this restaurant but it appears to be a hidden gem. We were only the second table to arrive at our 8 pm reservation and there were only 4 tables seated when we left around 10. The waiter brought cute large wooden menu boards for us to review and order. The escargot was amazing and My duck was excellent, but I wish I’d ordered the boeuf bourguignon. My wife had it and shared one delicious bite with me; she said it was one of the 3 best meals she’s ever tasted.

I recommend this typical French tavern type restaurant as we do more. Positive point, the poster representing the glories of the past: Belmondo, Idris Elba and Gérard Jugnot. Highly recommended drink: Byrrh, represented by no less than 8 panels in the place. It's a yes.

Great cuisine at a reasonable price considering the neighborhood. I would have given one more star but there were too many piglets for my taste... The Byrrh was good.

The champagne is excellent, the snails are succulent (well and truly the best in Paris and therefore in the world), and the waiter is exquisite.

Burgundian restaurant with wine and champagne bar It is advisable to reserve and service 7 days a week Very good restaurant for lunch, on a sunny day on a table outside. I loved it. No opinion on the service and atmosphere.

23/03/2024: All very good, I didn't try the escargot but my boyfriend liked them very much. Excellent onion soup!! Very kind staff, the owner wrote us a postcard ♥️ I would happily go back!
23/03/2024: Very beautiful historic restaurant, with an authentic setting. We are really in the French restaurant the evening takes place to the sound of Johnny Hallyday or Charles Aznavour and the menu at €35 aperitif starter main course dessert is really very good value for money. I recommend 200%

19/02/2024: Simple environment, student atmosphere, friendly service. Good food, not great.
31/01/2024: I ordered a platter, Burgundy melon, and a glass of Chardonnay. The staff kindly responded in English to us who could not speak French. The three types of oysters were very fresh, and the shrimp and crab meat were plentiful. Please note that bread is provided as an aperitif. It was the best evening I had in Paris!
