It's a shame to repeatedly encounter the lack of politeness and unpleasant mood of the management, particularly the younger sister, who is about as welcoming as a prison guard. Luckily, the older sister and the rest of the staff make up for it with their professionalism. Otherwise, it's been a very good tea room for years, with superb chocolates, delicious pastries and viennoiseries, and a top-notch Viennese hot chocolate.

A lovely, quiet spot with tasteful background music for a tea room. The cakes and drinks were good quality and reasonably priced. We'll be back before heading back to Belgium. Best wishes for a wonderful tourist season ahead.

We stumbled in to try a typical pastry we saw in the window and ordered hot chocolate with cream and another flavored with orange. Everything was delicious, the service was very attentive, and the place was lovely. Highly recommended.

Every time I come, I try their hot chocolate, which is always delicious. However, and this is the first time since July that I've been coming once a month, the waiter was not at all pleasant.

While walking through the streets of Annecy, we saw a lovely shop window that drew us in. We discovered chocolates made with kirsch (real cherry) and chocolate bells, available in milk and dark chocolate, which were delicious.

08/03/2026: Very comfortable, very good food, not a pretentious presentation just straight forward & reasonable (not huge but good) portion size Wines within reach Excellent value The owner is very charming & hospitable and gives Sam Heughan a run for his money in the looks department. We went twice & probably should have gone 3x because we never founda place that we preferred, although we did try different regional cuisine. If you found this helpful please like and follow.

24/03/2026: A pleasant Savoyard fondue. The amount of kirsch was perhaps a little too much and overpowered the cheese flavor. Aside from that, a very filling dish.
