The menu offers flavorful and generous dishes, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is friendly and pleasant, ideal for dinner with friends or family. A must-visit in Strasbourg to enjoy delicious food in a friendly setting. I highly recommend it!

10/03/2026: A very good experience at Le Tire-Bouchon in Strasbourg. The restaurant is ideally located just steps from the cathedral, perfect for a meal after a stroll through the historic center. We booked using the Passeport Gourmand, and everything went smoothly. We came at the beginning of the week, which was very pleasant as the atmosphere was quite calm and relaxed. As for the food, we ordered steak tartare and cordon bleu: both dishes were very good, well-seasoned, and served in generous portions. We also paired our meal with glasses of wine, a quality wine that complemented the dishes very well. To finish, we had an ice cream sundae and a Dame Blanche (vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce), perfect for a little sweet treat at the end of the meal. The atmosphere is warm and typical of an Alsatian winstub (traditional Alsatian wine bar), which is what makes the place so charming. The only slight drawback is that the tables are quite close together, which can sometimes make it feel a little less intimate.
