Well done to the whole team, very friendly and courteous and a big congratulations to the owner who cooks like a chef. The prices are more than fair for exceptional quality of service, presentation and product quality. I will happily return to this restaurant.

All good! Pleasant shaded terrace, very friendly and efficient service, the dishes are copious and delicious. The burgers and house drinks are excellent, one of the best veggie steaks I've tasted, and the buns are just perfect! To top it off, the prices remain very reasonable, in short a very good address, next time we go to St Affrique we will come back!

For me the best restaurant in St Afrique. Good and healthy products, matcha tea with rice milk, local drinks, desserts to die for, cinnamon rolls, is a joy in itself. An island of kindness, calm, escape.

We were looking for a restaurant open at 1:30 p.m. on a Saturday, this one accepted us. We have not been disappointed. The food is good like the desserts, the service is fast. If we come back to St Affrique we will eat there again.

Monsieur Jacques

29/07/2024: I had a wonderful evening as usual at M.Jacques’s. Arthur our favorite bartender server was superb as usual. We will come back with pleasure!
13/07/2024: Monsieur Jacques is a real Lille institution. The service is great and the wines are good. I removed one star because we ordered a mixed board (price: 21 euros) which, in fact, arrived on a normal plate and not very well stocked with cheese and cold meats. There was a lot of salad in the middle. In short, I found it a bit outrageous to see such a small plate for 21 euros. This is for me a point to improve.
