Au Large sur Cancale

Thank you to Natacha and her entire team for the 15 years I've been coming to Au Large. Always a smile, a great atmosphere, and delicious food that keeps evolving!

A small bar facing the sea, right on the beach, which also serves food. We were there on a concert night, great atmosphere!

A trip to the seaside in Cancale and a stop at this restaurant for afternoon tea for four. The service was brisk, but the prune far was definitely not worth the detour. It was dry and uninteresting. We paid, but there was no goodbye. And to think I didn't complain! What would have happened if I had?!

Really excellent, express service, tasty and simple cuisine, and a magnificent view from the terrace.

The food was great, the service was very friendly and pleasant, the atmosphere was good, and they were very efficient even though it was busy!

The place is nice. The view of the bay is magical. The food is very average: crepes straight from the fridge, soggy fries, and a tasteless burger. The service can be excellent or terrible, depending on the person... In short, an average experience! Despite the magical setting.

Table of 9 of us wanted to eat early on and they seated us no issue. Service was friendly and the food and drinks arrived quickly. The food was lovely (the tuna was the best).

Limited menu but the food is really good and served quickly, friendly, helpful staff. Recommend the tuna it is amazing. Lovely puddings too.

We had a fantastic lunch here. The tuna tataki is to die for! Great also to visit with kids, they can play at the beach while you can enjoy another glass of rose.
