The restaurant was far from exceptional; it was good, but not particularly high quality. The raclette was served with just boiled potatoes (I'd never seen that before).
The waiter didn't seem to understand much. He came back to the table twice to make sure we ordered the correct dish, forgot our drinks, and made a lot of excuses (so taking our order was a bit slow).

Perfect welcome and service.
We chose the mountain dishes: croziflette, racliflette, and tartiflette—in short, typical fare. No disappointment whatsoever; the dishes were delicious, generous, and everything was excellent.
The waiter was quick and attentive to our needs.
I highly recommend it and thank the entire team.

The porcini mushroom fondue is absolutely delicious!!! Everything here is wonderful, the homemade dessert was incredible!! Thank you for your truly perfect welcome.

Our first attempt at dining there was a failure. Despite having a reservation, we couldn't be seated because it was suddenly full. It happens, so we went back the next day. It's a shame things changed two years ago. We went back specifically for the delicious oil fondue, but it wasn't available anymore. The menu was fine, nothing special. The service was okay.
