A warm and friendly welcome; you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. A south-facing terrace, great music... It's more than comfortable! The chai latte is absolutely incredible, the drink of my entire stay! The same goes for the mulled wine, clearly the best in the resort. Everything is homemade, which really sets it apart from other places. The staff is kind, attentive, and genuinely friendly. I highly recommend this place! Thank you! Based on the reviews, next time I'll definitely try the restaurant! See you soon!

A wonderful time spent at 37, with pleasant and attentive service (a rarity these days). Good atmosphere, quality cocktails and dishes at prices that are reasonable for the resort... even below average for some dishes like the raclette. Top-notch! 👍

The food was very good, and the cocktails were too, making for a pleasant overall experience. We arrived at 7:30 pm and were served our main courses around 8:30 pm. Meanwhile, a table that had arrived at the same time as us seemed to be already having dessert, which surprised us a bit. We also waited quite a while for our desserts. Furthermore, our aperitif arrived rather late, and unlike other tables, we didn't receive any small biscuits or appetizers to accompany it. Nevertheless, it's still a good place for the quality of the food, but the service could be a little more attentive and efficient to improve the overall experience.

08/04/2026: Absolutely lived our stay at the Grandes Rousses. The hotel was amazing, staff very helpful and the views were incredible. I’d say probably the best in the whole resort. We had a mezzanine room which was great for 3 adults and 1 child. Ski lockers are very convenient as is the standing ski lift that stops outside . We ate at both restaurants and the food was really good, as were the drinks and cocktails were so good! We loved going in the pool late afternoon for a post ski dip and again, incredible views of the resort! Can not recommend this hotel enough!
