Perfect service. Perfect setting. What more can I say? The team was incredibly friendly. We organized an event at Au Moulin, and it was absolutely perfect. Plus, the venue was entirely ours. Highly recommended! Best regards to Mr. Clauss and his team.

An idyllic setting for our wedding reception. A complete package for an unforgettable evening. A tastefully decorated room, thanks to the caterer and florist. Delicious and refined food and wines, carefully selected by our host. And perfect weather that allowed us to enjoy an outdoor aperitif with all our friends and family. 12/07/2026: A true delight at every moment. What a pleasure to come here. We were served by Julian, who was attentive, professional, and funny… he has all the qualities needed for this job. The dishes are magnificent, both visually and in terms of taste. It's always a pleasure, and whatever you order, you can't go wrong. Bravo!
08/07/2026: We ordered the Royal platter for two people. There was plenty to eat. The lobster was very good, very fresh. The meat flakes easily. The oysters were a little thin but very fresh. The restaurant was full on the Sunday lunchtime we went, so it was a bit noisy. Overall, we were happy with the quality and freshness of the food. There aren't a thousand seafood restaurants in Strasbourg. P.S. You have to pay a €50 deposit per person for the reservation.

03/07/2026: What a wonderful discovery this evening! Delicious menus at very reasonable prices, but it's the warm welcome and the lovely terrace that truly stand out. Everything is done to make you feel comfortable (chairs provided for your bags, wines offered by the glass without even having to ask, card reader brought directly with the bill to avoid any extra waiting...). Ladies, it was fantastic! We'll be back after the summer to see your beautiful interior. We felt at ease in a tastefully decorated setting.
