Arrived at 7:15 p.m., left at 11:30 p.m. after cutting it short because it was too long! Not at the height of a star. An eternity between each dish, which made us eat a lot of bread. The wines were good, discovery of small houses. Disappointed with the experience which had to be exceptional. The kitchen is not up to par. We really expect more from a star.

Refined and creative cuisine, a very friendly team, with great care. Special mention for the squab, turbot and the delicacy of the beet starter. We enjoyed ourselves and had a great time. thanks to the whole team

Excellent. We had a great time! The dishes are perfect. From presentation to taste, it's flawless. The food/wine pairings are thoughtful and bring a real dimension to the dish. I highly recommend!

What a great 5-part experience at the secret garden. Whether in terms of cuisine or service, there is no false note. The food and wine pairing offered is of high quality. They offer to adapt the number of glasses according to your desires which is rather interesting. Having visited a few starred restaurants in the region, I can only recommend this restaurant. You just have to appreciate the fact that the menu is not known in advance. Indeed, some may criticize the fact that the dishes are served with small quantities (meat or fish) but personally I find that they are sufficient. A small criticism (common to most gourmet restaurants) is the lack of vegetables served with the dishes...

Je me faisais une joie de découvrir ce restaurant mais, en finalité, c'est la déception qui l'a emporté... Après avoir dégusté 2 entrées savoureuses, quelle mauvaise surprise en voyant l'assiette de poisson ! Un minuscule morceau de cabillaud grillé avec quelques tranches de betterave rouge froide (en plus aucune saveur) gloups ! Je sais bien que dans les restaurants de cette gamme, les quantités sont petites, mais là, franchement ! Idem pour la demi tourte de pigeon accompagnée de 2cm de salsifi... Heureusement que le dessert a relevé le niveau, ce qui explique la note de 3/5. Bref, déçue je suis, déçue je resterai...

Une très belle expérience gustative que je recommande vivement. Le service est impeccable. L'accord met/vin parfait. Un régal pour les yeux, un délice en bouche !

Relais de la Poste

06/04/2024: Unfortunately, the hotel lags behind the restaurant. Breakfast could also be finer with this gastronomic cuisine, although the ingredients were excellent. Our visit to the “Relais de la Poste” restaurant was a culinary delight in an absolutely feel-good atmosphere. Thomas Koebel offers excellent, sophisticated gourmet cuisine made primarily from regional products. We chose a four-course menu (me 5 ;-)😋😉). Every course tasted excellent and the plates were beautifully presented. The entire service team is very friendly, humorous, open-minded and competent. Great wine list/sommelier. As a guest you feel very welcome and well looked after. Also a compliment to the young, up-and-coming service staff - who dedicate themselves to the guests with heart, knowledge and self-confidence. We really enjoyed our stay at the "Relais de la Poste". See you next time!
