Vegetables peeled and prepared on-site (a sign of quality), and a masterful handling of offal, which was a real treat for offal lovers like us.

We loved our experience.

The meat was exquisite and beautifully presented.
The appetizers were incredible.

On a weekday, a Tuesday.
We arrived first at 7 pm because we were going to the Sebastopol Theater.
Not many people came in after us, so we can't comment on the atmosphere.
However, we had a very good meal (smoked salmon, Welsh rarebit, bone marrow, and andouillettes) and the service was very pleasant.
We would gladly go back.

Everything was excellent...Food, desserts, wines. The best part: they open from 6 pm, ideal if you want to eat after work before going home or if you're going to a show...and since there are few people in the early evening, the noise level is perfect for having a conversation without shouting.

I love the setting: it's so welcoming, and the team does everything to make sure everything runs smoothly. The atmosphere is friendly, the service is excellent without being pretentious; the chef comes around to each table and chats with everyone, and you can taste in the food that it's made with heart! Don't miss it :-)
