It's important to highlight the friendliness of the entire team; I enjoy coming here every day for lunch. Everything is excellent, and the price is very, very reasonable.

We discovered the establishment. We ordered salmon and crispy chicken wraps, which were very good. Personally, I have to give a special mention to the peanut cookie I enjoyed with my coffee—it was delicious. I had a hard time choosing; everything looked so appetizing. The person who served us was friendly and smiling.

Honestly, the best bakery in Toulouse, the staff are friendly and the pastries are magnificent.

I had their chocolate croissant and hazelnut brioche, it was exquisite, I highly recommend it. Excellent service and adorable little stickers.

As others have mentioned in the comments, it can be very good or not at all. I usually get the chicken club sandwich, which is normally very generously filled, and the wonderful, fudgy pecan brownie. Today, the brownie was dry, as if it were several days old, and the club sandwich was just bread with a few bits of shredded chicken. A huge disappointment for me, as I used to love this place, but bad experiences are piling up lately.

In this charming place, everything is unpredictable, depending on the day, the time, or the staff. The pastries can be delicious or undercooked. The snacks are original but might be yesterday's leftovers, just like the cakes, which look appetizing but sometimes have a slight aftertaste of unsold items. And the staff can be very pleasant or rushed. In short, a place to try, hoping for some kind of planetary expansion!

A very good bakery. Their pastries, viennoiseries, and cakes are excellent. You can really tell they're handmade. The sandwiches are very good and varied. The salads are decent but far too expensive for the portion size... I find it difficult to eat just their salad as a savory option; it's not filling enough. A few years ago, I loved their babka; it was divine. But lately, the amount of chocolate spread inside has been drastically reduced; there are only traces of chocolate. In short, it's nothing like it used to be when it was very generously chocolatey. A real shame, both for the price and for the taste buds... As for the bread, personally, I'm not a fan at all. I've tried several and I didn't like the taste or the texture. As you can see, for viennoiseries or pastries, this is the place I recommend, but not for bread.
