Just okay. The ham croissant is very good, the crumble is disappointing. Between these two extremes, it's quite good but not worth the detour.

Hello, I'm a regular customer at your bakery, which I like, but I arrived around 5:00 p.m. I usually pay for purchases with a credit card. I wanted to pay in cash, but your employee refused my 50 euro note, claiming she didn't have any change??? It was around 5:00 p.m., so I don't think it's normal, maybe because she thought it was fake, and no more Mediterranean-type knowledge. By the way, she's the only employee or manager of the entire staff who isn't smiling and cold. That's just my opinion, so I left without taking the item.

My favorite bakery in Toulouse, quite simply! It's not very big, but you'll find some little gems, especially in the pastries and savory snacks. Special mention goes to the smoked duck breast sandwich and the chocolate and caramel cookies, which are oozing with deliciousness! Their bread is also very good, and the staff is very friendly! The hardest part when you walk in: making a choice!
