This participatory restaurant located on Place Louis Dides in Florac, near a magnificent spring, was an excellent discovery. Received by Eric who will offer you beautiful and delicious pancakes garnished with Cévennes gastronomy of which he has the secret. Very friendly and human, he adapts to your tastes so that you share a pleasant moment while delighting your taste buds. And to top it all off, the value for money is top notch. Thank you Eric for this great discovery from the three bikers of March 13.

We were very happy to find this restaurant open out of season! The boss is very nice, he makes you feel at home and he prepared delicious pancakes for us. I recommend the one with the mixture of mushrooms (Paris, porcini mushrooms, etc.) which is really very good. The cider on tap is also a delight. I recommend !

Very good experience in this creperie, we were very well received, the principle of this participatory restaurant seduced us, we felt at home, we started with a velouté with porcini mushrooms from Mont Lozère, followed by mushroom crepes wild mushrooms, button mushrooms and porcini mushrooms and to finish a sweet crepe, everything was delicious, we had seen this creperie in the show "nues et culottés" and this meal more than lived up to our expectations in terms of taste and level. human experience.

After a day of walking on the Stevenson path, I wanted to relax and eat. When I entered this creperie, the managers immediately made me feel at ease. They explained to me how their participatory restaurant works. They are very accessible, without any hassle. (I found a “pilgrim spirit” at their side) Without forgetting their cuisine, a real delight!!! And I don't forget, I'm going to watch "Nus et Culottés"!!! 😉

Restaurant participatif proposant des galettes excellentes ! Les gérants extrêmement gentils rendent l'ambiance de ce lieu particulièrement chaleureuse et accueillante. Je suis très heureux d'avoir pu manger là-bas ainsi que d'avoir pu échanger un peu avec les gérants.

De passage à Florac, on a toqué à la bonne adresse, le gérant Éric est sympathique et serviable. Les galettes sont super, nous les avons savourées sans parler ! On adore le sarrasin ! Un grand merci pour ton aide 😉🙏 Les jumeaux, Anthony et Nicolas !

The owners are super nice, the food is delicious, and the prices are extremely reasonable. I had a galette smothered in a mushroom creme sauce, while Rita had a galette covered in carrots, favs beans, and indian spices. For dessert I had one of their apple pies in a jar. I also had two beers. Total bill? 35 euro.
