Pleasant setting, homemade beer, good tarte flambée. However, when it came time to pay, the waiter made it clear he was in a bit of a hurry (the terrace was far from full) and pointed to a QR code on the table. The bill was €20.70, with the option to split the bill and leave a tip. A little disappointed not to be able to pay a human being, I naturally didn't leave a tip. Imagine my surprise when, a few minutes later, I received an email from Sunday, the payment app, and saw a charge of €21.69. Yes, a €0.99 service charge, nowhere mentioned, which I would have gladly given to the waiter if he had bothered to take my payment and/or inform me of this additional charge. What a shame…

We had a drink here before our meal at Le Grand Tigre. Lovely atmosphere, with friendly service. Good Picon. The food will probably be good too, since it comes from the Grand Tigre kitchen. Highly recommended, and a reservation is also helpful here.

A truly unique place right in the heart of Strasbourg. The tarte flambée was excellent, and so were the desserts.

Situated on the edge of the old town yet still very centrally located, this venue is a really cool spot for a night out, thanks to its large, hall-like rooms and its appealing décor, which blends industrial chic with a student vibe. The wide selection of craft beers and delicious tarte flambée, including vegetarian options, contribute to the relaxed atmosphere. The staff are friendly and the prices are reasonable.

An excellent spot in Strasbourg! The atmosphere at Le Petit Tigre is really nice, but what makes all the difference is the service. Sacha, our server, was absolutely fantastic: smiling, attentive, offered great advice on drinks, and was always there at the right moment without being intrusive. We felt truly welcome from the very beginning. A wonderful discovery that we highly recommend, especially thanks to people like Sacha who make you want to come back!
