We chose the €41 set menu. The food was delicious and original, with remarkable flavors. The quality/price/originality ratio was good. However, the portions were a bit small, as is often the case in this type of restaurant. Reservations are recommended.

An absolutely perfect experience! The food is simply incredible: flavorful and beautifully presented dishes. Every bite is a true delight. The service is top-notch, warm, attentive, and always with a smile. You truly feel welcome from beginning to end. A must-try that I wholeheartedly recommend. I will definitely be back.

A superb restaurant in the historic center of Briançon. Refined and exquisite dishes made with the freshest ingredients. A menu that changes regularly. The chef is very welcoming and friendly. It's always a great pleasure to return to this restaurant for new culinary discoveries. A must-try!

Everything was perfect. We had a wonderful culinary experience. The €40 set menu suited us perfectly, with confit pork with thyme as a starter, pike-perch with beurre blanc sauce as a main course, and Breton shortbread with blueberries for dessert. We will definitely try to return on our next visit to Briançon.

A welcoming reception, impeccable service, and a warm atmosphere were all perfect. The conditions were perfect for enjoying the cuisine. Personally, I thoroughly enjoyed the poker bowl and the pikeperch with beurre blanc sauce. Pure bliss!

21/02/2026: Perfect, cozy chalet atmosphere, friendly staff, tasty and generous meals, private parking. Close to everything on foot
03/02/2026: I stay at this hotel every year to go skiing in Serre-Chevalier, and it's always a real pleasure. The hotel is superb, very comfortable, and ideally located near the gondola lift. The private parking is a real bonus, the rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, and the staff are always welcoming and friendly. The value for money is excellent. I highly recommend it! 👍
