A delightful discovery of a hidden, shaded spot with simple, authentic, and delicious cuisine. Recommended as a restaurant serving good quality Provençal food (= inexpensive) in a 2022 magazine about the Luberon, we searched for it in Apt. Tucked away on a terrace at the top of a quiet square at the end of a street in the town center, we enjoyed being in the shade of the plane trees and loved the dishes served by the very friendly young women. Very reasonable prices. A hidden gem to share.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, tucked away in an alley, just after being turned away from another that wasn't full but whose cooks were struggling to keep up. We were amazed by its perfect simplicity. A €22 set menu (starter, main course, dessert) delighted us from beginning to end. Traditional yet refined cuisine, attentive service, a pleasant place where you want to linger and rediscover authentic food. If you find yourself lost in this village and are turned away from one restaurant, I hope you have our luck. Thank you for having us; we wish we had plane trees in every village we visit.

Excellent meal, the glass of peach wine as an aperitif and the confit lamb shank as a meal, as well as the lemon delight for dessert, it was a real marvel.
