Bistro Le France sur Apt

A truly wonderful spot on the Place de la Bouquerie in Apt! Le Bistrot le France offers delicious cuisine—we especially loved the fresh and generous salad of heirloom tomatoes with burrata. The wine selection is also excellent, with some lovely choices to complement the meal. The terrace overlooking the square is a real bonus, perfect for soaking up the village atmosphere. The ambiance is warm and inviting, whether for lunch or dinner. Guillaume, the owner, provides a very warm welcome and gives this restaurant its unique charm. A must-try if you're in the area!

We stumbled upon this place by chance and were pleasantly surprised by the flavor combinations we sampled. The waitresses were also very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

While on holiday in Apt, this restaurant was recommended to us at the museum reception. Despite the heat, we were able to have lunch on the terrace thanks to a large fan. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the food is excellent from start to finish. The andouillette sausage was a real treat, and the beef fillet was cooked to perfection—both portions were very generous. For dessert, the homemade ice cream and the roasted apricots were delicious. We highly recommend it.
