We discovered this restaurant by chance during a stopover in Apt and really liked the menu. The welcome was very friendly, the beef was cooked perfectly, and the chocolate mousse was amazing! 😋 We highly recommend this restaurant.

While visiting the Luberon, we stumbled upon this simple yet excellent restaurant. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was top-notch from start to finish; we weren't disappointed! All the dishes were generous and delicious! Special mention to Guillaume for his superb wine selection! We highly recommend it!

A wonderful evening at Bistrot le France! The welcome was warm and friendly, the place charming and inviting, and the food delicious! We ordered our starter, main course, and dessert without hesitation. It's a shame we were only passing through; it's a restaurant that makes you want to return. Well done and thank you for a lovely evening!

What a discovery! Such a warm welcome and friendly service all the way. It makes you feel like you’ve been invited Food was delicious both meat and fish… and generous. Local wines as well as food is really fairly price What else can you ask for?

03/05/2026: Behind an unassuming, almost hidden entrance (terrace) lies a wonderful restaurant with a small menu but incredibly high quality. We had the lamb shank and the risotto. It was excellent. Especially the lamb shank with the sauce. Plus, the service was super friendly and fast, and the atmosphere was lovely.
