Nice, I moderately enjoyed the apple crepe with salted caramel flambé because I found that it devalued the salted caramel which suddenly became more liquid and above all less tasteful. Next time I will ask without flaming

Le Plat D'etain

22/08/2024: Very good atmosphere, very nice boss, however each dish lacked a little salt. Small downside also for the green beans which disappointed me a little. It's a bit of a shame because apart from that I would have given it 5★. Well done though, I hope to be able to raise the score the next time I come. You see in the attached photo the snails and the veal kidney in port sauce with green beans.
17/08/2024: Good brasserie in the heart of the historic center of Sens. Super fast and attentive service, the dishes are good and perfect for a friendly lunch, and the wine selection is quality!

28/07/2024: Très bon repas de midi Salade composée en entrée très fraîche et jolie Plat copieux Nous ne sommes pas ressorties avec la faim Serveuse agréable
10/06/2024: I probably had a bad day but 45 minutes between starter (delicious melon ham) and duck breast with raspberry sauce... The lukewarm duck breast is fine. But the cold sauce with no raspberry flavor... Ugh. Good fries but carrots and parsnips not very pretty...like scraped bottom of a pan. Nice strawberry melba. For less than €20 it's okay but I won't go back.
