28/07/2026: Meh! I won't be going back. Nothing special, the dining room is a bit dreary and unwelcoming. The lunch menu at 18 or 25 euros included beef with onions, which wasn't great! As for the stir-fried noodles, I've had much better.

27/07/2026: A simple, no-frills Cambodian restaurant. The dishes are very good, from what I tasted. The food doesn't seem to have been frozen, and you can tell! The atmosphere is very engaging; it even reminded me of some of my travels, both the smells and the music. That's rare, but it's excellent—well done! 👏 In terms of comfort, it's a bit lacking in coziness and unfortunately quite noisy... The food is very good, although the prices are considerably higher than at a traditional takeaway for rather small portions.

25/07/2026: Three of us came in on a Saturday evening for a beer. After receiving our drinks, we were tempted by the menu. We asked the waitress to order food, and she told us she'd come back because she had "three more tables to serve." After seating a table of five and two tables of four that arrived after us, and taking their orders, we still weren't served. Twenty minutes later, we still hadn't been served. Goodbye, we'll eat somewhere else.

25/07/2026: Excellent home-style cooking and a very friendly and attentive waitress. I was able to exchange the fries that came with the andouillette sausage for some excellent grilled vegetables – well done!

We are never disappointed; quite the opposite: each meal is a new discovery, a true culinary journey where the flavors, textures, and creativity of the chef are expressed with remarkable precision. The setting is absolutely magnificent, elegant without being intimidating, and one immediately feels at ease. The atmosphere is warm, the service is impeccable, and the entire team takes care of its guests with genuine attention. The ingredients are of exceptional quality, perfectly showcased by culinary work that is as precise as it is refined. As for the wine selection, it is always perfectly chosen and complements this experience wonderfully. What also makes this restaurant unique is the chef's presence in the dining room. Seeing him take the time to chat with each of his guests is a rare and particularly appreciated touch. These moments of sharing add a human dimension that makes the experience even more memorable. A special mention goes to Gabriel and Thomas, without whom, it must be said, the experience wouldn't have been quite the same. Their professionalism is remarkable, but what truly sets them apart is their ability to perfectly blend the seriousness and exacting standards of a Michelin-starred restaurant with genuine relaxation and conviviality. You feel incredibly welcome, perfectly taken care of, and completely at ease, without ever losing the prestige and elegance of the establishment. It's a balance that isn't so easy to achieve, and one they master wonderfully. La Madeleine is much more than a Michelin-starred restaurant: it's a gastronomic experience, but also a human one, that we always have the pleasure of returning to. A huge thank you to the chef, to Gabriel, to Thomas, and to the entire team for another magnificent evening… from table 7! 😊
