We were doing an internship in Sens and arrived without a reservation. The owner found us a nice quiet little table, the service was quick, and the meal was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you!

02/08/2026: They make everything with a kind of buckwheat pancake that is very tasty. The crêpes for dessert are also superb, the service is friendly, and the terrace stays reasonably cool.

21/03/2026: During a hike and visit to Sens, we had lunch at Guy's. The food was excellent (the blanquette was delicious!), the rosé from Burgundy was lovely, and above all, the service was top-notch, all for a group of 25 people. A truly great place, well done!
