Au P'tit Matelot sur Le Crotoy

Exquisite and delicious cuisine! We had a wonderful meal. The ingredients were top-quality. The waitress was incredibly attentive to all the customers. We will definitely return on our next trip to the area.

Our usual restaurant was closed, and on our way to the promenade, we discovered this little gem. A quick Google search later, we made a reservation, which worked perfectly online. We speak practically no French, but we weren't afraid to try something new. What awaited us was a treasure trove of a restaurant with a wonderful, tranquil atmosphere and a hostess who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, despite our limited French. The menu selection was excellent, and our choices were delicious, as were the presentation and the timing. Many thanks to the chef as well. They even granted my request to try an oyster! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

A fantastic find in Le Crotoy! I was looking for an authentic place to have lunch with my dog ​​Yousko, and we were treated like royalty at Au P'tit Matelot. The welcome was truly warm and dog-friendly. The dining room is a bit intimate and full of charm, so I highly recommend booking in advance and mentioning that you have a dog. The staff seated us in a perfect corner so Yousko could have some peace and quiet without disturbing the service, and they even offered us a bowl of water. As for the food, it's all truly homemade: the products from the Bay of Somme are incredibly fresh (special mention for the skate wing and the steamed vegetables). Excellent value for money in a relaxed atmosphere. We'll gladly return after our next walk on the beach! 🐾

After a stroll along the harbor, where the restaurant owners' welcome was as cold as the morning air, we wandered off and received a warm welcome at this little restaurant just steps from our rental. The children's menu was excellent; our daughter loved it. My partner and I were very satisfied with the flavorful dishes and the decadent desserts. The wine was very good. The service was impeccable. We had a wonderful time and will definitely keep this address in mind for future visits. Don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed.
