22/09/2026: We were at your restaurant on the evening of Monday, September 21, 2026.
We chose the delicious bouchots as a starter. Once, the pork cheeks with lentils. The plate really consisted of lentils with 3 pork cheeks on top... nothing else!
I myself had the Mascaret plate (+€6 supplement) consisting of lukewarm risotto, 1 minuscule piece of white fish, 3 bouchots, 1 pink flat shrimp, and 3 pieces of (tasty) squid.
Sorry, we know the cuisine differently than we did this evening 🤔

11/08/2026: For a restaurant that aims to be "mid-range," the offerings are a bit limited; for example, with the glass of Crémant, it would have been nice to receive an akouski (a type of liqueur). The most egregious thing is the €1 supplements, minimal in themselves but ridiculous for the most expensive menu item! As for the food, the risotto made the sea bass feel heavy. In short, I'm not convinced I'll be back, given the €116 bill without wine for two people!

11/09/2026: A truly wonderful, cozy French restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere and a concise menu. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. The (matjes) herring salad with vegetables was amazing! The salmon fillet with shrimp sauce was also superb. And as a special treat, they even served a "brioche perdu" (a type of sweet pastry). Delicious! Thank you so much for this fantastic experience! 🙏

20/08/2026: Terrible service!!! The delicious ice cream can't make up for everything, unfortunately… This establishment advertises closing time as 7:00 PM, but they start cleaning in the middle of customers at 6:15 PM, having first made half the tables unavailable (just in case a customer wanting to spend their money decides to sit down around 6:00 PM, an hour before closing time 😉). No flavor menu displayed, dirty restrooms, and no table service. In short, a pretty bad experience where you get the unpleasant feeling of being a tourist (or a walking wallet). Basically, they want your money, but don't want to exert yourself too much to earn it 😊

25/07/2026: Another fantastic meal at Le Mayocq restaurant.
We stayed at Camping Le Ridin this year and last year, and of course, we went back to eat at Le Mayocq twice on the terrace.
The food is generous, delicious, and very varied (pizzas, mussels, pasta, salads, local dishes).
The service is excellent; the servers are very pleasant and attentive. Special mention to Babette, who is very kind and always smiling.
The value for money is perfect!
I recommend making a reservation if you want to go.
We will definitely be back; thank you to the whole team.
11/07/2026: During our stay at the campsite, we booked the half-board package, which included breakfast and dinner, but we also ordered some takeaway lunches. The welcome was friendly and the traditional cuisine was generous. Live music and live sports broadcasts enhanced our meals on-site, creating a pleasant atmosphere both indoors and on the terrace. Reservations are recommended.

09/07/2026: Nice hotel at a great location, but it’s a pity there’s no air conditioning. The bathroom is very small and the window in the room doesn’t allow you to look outside. Still, good price and a pleasant place to stay.
07/06/2026: A wonderful getaway with friends, there were 12 of us... The hotel was fantastic with friendly, efficient, and attentive staff.
We plan to return.

14/09/2026: A very warm welcome, whelks and grey shrimp as starters, mussels marinière and skate wing with butter and capers, served with sea asters – a real treat! Everything was fresh and delicious. Two gourmet coffees to finish. We highly recommend it.
13/09/2026: Excellent restaurant, extra fresh seafood, homemade mayonnaise, delicious skate wing à la Normande, all for a very reasonable price. We will definitely be back. Congratulations!

04/08/2026: We stopped by somewhat by chance, but it was a pleasant stop. The welcome and service were excellent. Arriving with a beach cart and a large table, we received a very warm welcome. The dining area is rather small, but the pizzas were delicious and we were served with a smile.
I highly recommend it.
04/08/2026: I'd say: Surprise 😦 in the Savoyard pizza there are no potatoes, no, it's fries! And in the calzone, surprise, it's a half pizza, it's not folded in half like we're used to. And yes, surprise, by the way, we don't deliver!!! And I forgot to mention we don't have a card machine, so it's cash only. We had a whole series of very surprising things, all for €42 for 3 pizzas 🍕

16/08/2026: We had an American-style burger with meat, salad, etc., which was very good, but the fries were disappointing. They were very hard on the outside. The service was quick.
13/08/2026: I had read the numerous negative reviews, but we still wanted to try it.
Our disappointing opinion reflects the quantity. The American sandwich was terrible, the portion size was mediocre, they don't accept restaurant cards or holiday vouchers, and to top it all off, the owner literally mocks customers when they ask for information. It's shameful; several families in our family overheard him. He deserves to be shut down; he's lucky to have holidaymakers coming, otherwise he'd go bankrupt. My only advice: AVOID AT ALL COSTS

13/12/2025: My mother and I had a lovely stay at this guesthouse in December. The welcome was friendly, the food was good (homemade), and the room was clean. Breakfast was plentiful, and it was nice to chat with the owner.
So we're going back in January, the three of us! See you soon!

03/07/2024: .I had dinner with a friend and wanted to wash my hands before the meal. The restrooms were appalling, located at the bottom of winding stairs, underground, with a very strong odor that ruined my appetite. I ordered a plate of oysters, but they were small and poor quality. The appetizer, a St. Jacques terrine, was flavorless. I would not go back to this place.

02/09/2024: Nous avons été fort déçus. C'est tout juste moyen. Nous sommes habitués aux vraies galettes de sarrazin que l'on déguste à Quiberon par ex. Ici, elles sont toutes molles sans goût particulier. L'assaisonnement cache ce défaut.
