We were at your restaurant on the evening of Monday, September 21, 2026. We chose the delicious bouchots as a starter. Once, the pork cheeks with lentils. The plate really consisted of lentils with 3 pork cheeks on top... nothing else! I myself had the Mascaret plate (+€6 supplement) consisting of lukewarm risotto, 1 minuscule piece of white fish, 3 bouchots, 1 pink flat shrimp, and 3 pieces of (tasty) squid. Sorry, we know the cuisine differently than we did this evening 🤔

A somewhat hidden restaurant, but well-known and recommended by locals. The service is excellent, the menu is simple and short, so keep that in mind if you want plenty of choice. Portions are reasonable, but not suitable for big eaters.

A quality restaurant. Original cuisine, both in its choice of local products and in the artistry of their preparation and presentation. No mussels and fries here, but real food.

Au P'tit Matelot

12/10/2026: We stumbled upon this small, cozy, and welcoming restaurant and were pleasantly surprised to be seated despite not having a reservation for a Saturday evening. It's a small, intimate restaurant (just under 20 seats). The atmosphere is warm, the decor charming, and the lighting soft and subdued. We opted for the €36 set menu, which included a starter, main course, and dessert. The meal was delicious from beginning to end. What a joy to still find restaurants like this today, where you can enjoy truly home-style cooking. A big thank you and congratulations for this delightful dinner!
