We had 2 rooms in the back. Perfect for quiet and close to center. Staff was helpful and joyful, answering any questions. Clean rooms. We all slept well. Good price.

While passing through Saumur, we discovered this restaurant. The service is great and the dishes are delicious! The tartare is just perfect! Above all, don't hesitate, you have to stop there. I recommend this restaurant!

Very good restaurant with excellent value for money and tasty daily specials. The menu allows you to satisfy most desires. The service is also good and very fast. Nothing to complain about, it's a pleasure to come and eat at Cristal.

Very well located hotel/restaurant. Very pleasant staff from morning to breakfast as well as evening service during my week in the evening stopover. Varied and delicious meals. Nothing to say, very good stay.

We've been eating there twice now, a treat each time. The dishes are fine, delicious, and the portions are more than reasonable. We'll come back to it, obviously :)

Excellent meals and impeccable service...Dessert, a blueberry and blackcurrant mousse shortbread tart, killer! Little Jesus in velvet pants! Well done...we will come back! 😋

I ate with my mother (without having reserved) and it was delicious! The staff is smiling and dynamic, the service very fast so we recommend this restaurant with our eyes closed 😃😃😃
