By far the best restaurant in the region among those I tried (mostly recommended by the Michelin guide) over a week-long vacation. I mean: in all restaurants I tried food was between good and excellent, always carefully prepared with top quality ingredients. Sometimes special. But this one was more than special. The chef is, IMHO, a genius: both my appetizer (amberjack carpaccio) and main course (sea bass with fennel) were based on a subtle play involving contrasts in flavors, textures, temperatures (cold, lukewarm, hot) - and also colors, everything was visually very appealing. Nothing excessive or overdone, everything harmonious and natural and just perfect. The chef (Anish Chourey) came out very kindly and I was honored to be able to thank him and congratulate him. I should add that the service was impeccable and perfectly timed. The wait between appetizer and mains was quite brief (and the appetizer was preceded by two amuse-bouche), the wines I had ordered appeared in the exact moment the corresponding dishes were served, the bread basket was instantly refilled. All this in a relaxed, unpretentious atmosphere...perhaps explaining why the restaurant does not have the Michelin stars that the quality of its food would surely deserve.

A wonderful surprise! We came as a group of 15 for lunch during a day of cycling. The interior is far more impressive than the exterior suggests: beautiful decor, a warm atmosphere, and excellent service. The dishes were delicious and beautifully presented. The whole group enjoyed it. Well done!

Unfortunately, the dishes weren't up to the standard of the previous chef. While the effort was certainly made, the salmon trout was dry and under-seasoned, and the duck breast was a bit tough. However, the accompanying sauce and the lemon dessert were excellent. The service was very friendly and the atmosphere was lovely.

The best restaurant we visited in Alsace. Everything was fantastic: the food, the service, the ambiance. This is hospitality at its finest.
Hopefully, we'll be back in the region soon to experience this explosion of flavors again.

Really nice experience at this restaurant since the change of ownership. The place feels a bit more modern and welcoming now.
Service was friendly and efficient, and the food was very good overall. You can tell they’re working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and putting more care into the presentation.
Overall, a solid spot in Alsace and definitely worth trying if you’re in the area.

We made the trip to discover this new restaurant and we weren't disappointed.
The dishes were very elaborate, with original combinations of European and international ingredients that introduced us to several new products.
The dining room is truly beautiful, and the staff is extremely professional, pleasant, and attentive. As for drinks, it was nice to find local products like wines and even whisky.
I recommend it if you want to experience a culinary adventure or simply enjoy a convivial moment over a very high-quality meal.

Dinner on a Sunday evening.
The dining room was very quiet, even though it was full. The service was quick and attentive, and the cuisine was delicate and refined.
We were particularly impressed by the duck, which was cooked to an incomparable tenderness, and the grapefruit sorbet we had as a pre-dessert was a wonderful interplay between savory and sweet.

We went to this restaurant to celebrate our two-year anniversary, and what a surprise!
Everything was perfect: attentive service with helpful recommendations, unparalleled quality of cuisine, and even unexpected surprises with unordered small plates between the set menu.
We had a wonderful time enjoying cuisine worthy of a gourmet restaurant, all at a very reasonable price, even with the wine and the restaurant's elderflower liqueur aperitif—a truly excellent find!
We will definitely return when we're back in the area!
This restaurant deserves to be much better known!
