Au Rendez-Vous de 22h08 sur Turckheim

02/09/2024: Magical restaurant, rustic inside on 2 floors, nice to sit outside on the little-used Grand'ru. Small map with the Alsatian classics. Starter, a dozen snails with herb butter, tasted very good. Alsatian burger in a pretzel bun with sesame, mustard sauce, fried potatoes and a small salad, the meat patty is a bit dry. The pork knuckle with Munster cheese, spaetzle and salad, very tender and juicy but the rind was not crispy. Dessert: Meringue with cream, vanilla ice cream and raspberry sorbet, quite down-to-earth. But - a visit is worth it.

I like these restaurants where the dishes are hearty and delicious. I love these restaurants with cloth napkins. I like the Caveau du Vigneron. A real gem
