There were three of us, and we arrived at 1:15 pm on the day of the snow sculpture competition. We received a very warm welcome and enjoyed a delicious meal: Savoyard pasta with a Reblochon cheese sauce. The setting is magnificent. I highly recommend the ice cream dessert called "The Squirrel"—the ice cream is excellent—as well as the "Colonel" dessert. We'll be back in the summer for our next motorcycle trip.
We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful 500g ribeye steak, the incredibly tender hanger steak skewer, the slow-cooked veal chop, and the pasta dish.
Plus, the restaurant offers draft beers from the Brasserie du Galibier.
