Excellent brasserie with homemade dishes and desserts on a menu that changes every week. Traditional French dishes (low temperature beef, Marengo veal, veal blanquette, American mince, steak tartare), European dishes (linguine), creative burgers, and a vegetarian choice always on the menu. We enjoy it every time. Excellent choice of draft beers (Primus, Tongerlo, Charles Quint), wines (Julien, the restaurateur host is a connoisseur sommelier), rums and whiskeys. Heartwarming welcome. After a while we quickly become friends. And at the end of the year, for the Christmas and New Year holidays, Julien prepares, to order, his own smoked salmon, his own matured beef and his own foie gras mousse. Remember to place your orders in early December. We go there with our eyes closed and let our taste buds be enchanted.
