Excellent homemade dishes (the lamb trilogy) – a delight! It's a small restaurant, so it's best to make a reservation. The waitress is very friendly and smiling. I recommend it to anyone visiting Sisteron.

We dined at this small restaurant on the recommendation of the owner of our property. The service was excellent, the dishes were made fresh, and the quality was excellent. It's not the place for those in a hurry. You can eat slowly, chat, and enjoy good wine. The hostess is very kind!!! Highly recommended. Reservations are recommended given the limited seating.

Every time we head into the mountains, we stop at this charming little restaurant in the center of Sisteron. The lamb platter, prepared in several ways with various side dishes, is delicious, as is the trio of crème brûlées. The service is friendly and the prices are very reasonable. A pleasant experience every time.

The meal was excellent, featuring the discovery of pieds paquets (stuffed trotters), a beautiful trolley of local cheeses, and desserts. The highlight was the Citadel room with its magnificent view. A big thank you! Perfect for motorcyclists.
