An excellent, intimate restaurant. High-quality food, service, and decor. Reservations are essential (especially for a Saturday night). I recommend it 99999%.

Invited by my mom on a lovely, cool, sunny day in Fontainebleau, we received a very warm welcome. The menu appealed to us. The raising of the bell for the smoking of the sand carrot mille-feuille was a delightful spectacle. The crispy chicken was as appetizing as it was delicious. And to finish, a light and refreshing touch with a pavlova. A very pleasant time spent at this establishment with its charming staff. We'll definitely be back! ☺️
