An absolute delight from start to finish! This restaurant is a true gem for lovers of generous, delicious food. The undisputed star of the menu, the XXL cordon bleu with Munster cheese, is simply phenomenal: incredibly tender meat, a perfectly crispy breading, and above all, a melty, flavorful Munster cheese that's generously portioned without being overpowering. On the plate: Extremely generous portions that will satisfy even the heartiest appetites, served with fries. The atmosphere: A warm setting and a welcoming, smiling, and attentive team. Very generous and tasty. Service was quite fast. You can take your leftovers home to avoid waste. The parking lot fills up quickly. We left with full stomachs. A good stop.

After our car broke down, we stumbled upon the inn at 9 a.m. for lunch, and what a lucky break it was! The food was delicious and the welcome warm. A wonderful moment after our little mishap; thank you for the cheerful atmosphere and the great meal!

The dishes were hearty and delicious. I had a refreshing salad, a welcome treat after a hot day. Unfortunately, I couldn't finish my meal; I was stuffed before I could. The restaurant's pet-friendly policy is appreciated (for next time). Young Vlad couldn't finish his enormous cordon bleu. We also highly recommend the warm welcome from the staff.

Finally, some good fried carp! We came specifically for it, and we weren't disappointed (4 people). The portions were very generous; you have to be hungry! But it's so good that it's easy to finish 😁. The desserts are also delicious! The waiter was friendly and efficient! And the terrace is so lovely! In short, a very good place.

Very disappointed. The service was slow, 2 hours. The set menu was €42, but a starter, main course, dessert with a drink came to €102. I was seated at a table with a wall about 1.5 meters away, staring at it during that time. The Riesling was tasteless, and there was only one sugar cube for both of our gourmet coffees. I had requested the daily specials for the week by phone, which were unnecessary.

My dear wife ordered unlimited fried carp (beer-battered fritters...).... Pure bliss for connoisseurs. Personally, I had a veal ribeye with morels 🤪. The desserts are homemade. We will definitely be back, as other dishes also caught my eye. See you soon for new adventures. To infinity and beyond 😁

07/06/2026: We received a very warm welcome, the meal was excellent and plentiful, the staff were pleasant and helpful, and the room was clean. We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.
04/06/2026: We stayed here two years ago. The hotel room in the main building was okay, but otherwise nothing special. This time, however, we stayed in the significantly higher-quality annex in the only room with a great balcony terrace. The rooms next to it were mostly (completely) in the shade. We were looking forward to dinner, but since we had to wait over an hour (in addition to the already lengthy order taking) without being offered even a small piece of bread or anything similar, we were satisfied, but nothing more. Breakfast: The fried eggs were cold, and there was little choice, as the staff's attention wasn't exactly focused on replenishing the food. On the second morning, at 8:30 a.m., there weren't even the bare necessities left (coffee, bread) because the previous group had apparently already eaten everything. Since they had left some time ago, this wasn't a plausible excuse. Furthermore, they should know how many guests are present and have a corresponding supply on hand. The service was friendly, but not customer-oriented. For the price, we'll find different accommodation next time.
