25/05/2026: My dear wife ordered unlimited fried carp (beer-battered fritters...).... Pure bliss for connoisseurs. Personally, I had a veal ribeye with morels 🤪.
The desserts are homemade. We will definitely be back, as other dishes also caught my eye.

27/04/2026: A secluded and peaceful location. A very pleasant place to stop and enjoy a unique experience. Very comfortable rooms. A magnificent view. Very kind and attentive staff. And an excellent gourmet restaurant. In short, a truly wonderful experience.
22/04/2026: Based on a recommendation, we ended up in this wonderfully peaceful spot and spent two beautiful days there. At check-in, Mathias kindly gave us an upgrade, allowing us to enjoy a magnificent view of the stunning landscape from our room.
The five-course dinner was excellent, and the service was attentive yet unobtrusive.
Colmar and other attractions are nearby.
We highly recommend the hotel and restaurant and would love to return!

05/05/2026: An exceptional human and culinary experience!
The meal was simply excellent, but what will remain etched in my memory is the incredible welcome from the team. Everyone works with a smile and rare kindness.
Unfortunately, I felt a little faint during the meal, and the team, along with a volunteer firefighter, took excellent care of me with immense kindness and responsiveness. You truly feel valued, far more than just a customer.
A huge thank you to the entire team for your professionalism and your big hearts. I will return with immense pleasure (in better shape this time!) and I recommend this place without hesitation.
04/05/2026: We went there for lunch. A very warm welcome and excellent food. The view over the Kayserberg valley is magnificent. A suggested post-lunch stroll: the Faudé tower.

13/07/2024: Ce restaurant que j’ai connu depuis plus de 20 années, avait la réputation d’être l’une des meilleures tables du canton vert.
Mais à nous sommes tombé de haut. Les prix sont restés au niveau d’un semi-gastro, cependant les plats, toutefois bien présentés, n’ont eu pour nous aucun intérêt gustatif.
Un demi-œuf avec de la mayonnaise posé sur une feuille de salade en guise d’amuse bouche… vaudrait s’abstenir.
L’accueil était correct, les serveuses sympathique, cependant le service manque de professionnalisme.
