Authentic restaurant where we've been three times over the past 40 years for its atmosphere and authentic cuisine. The foie gras is still the best. Unfortunately, the service is mediocre; we had to grab our own coats and open the door upon leaving.
A shame, and in my opinion, not worth the detour.

New Year's menu and what a wonderful culinary surprise! You're the best! Refined cuisine, excellent ingredients prepared with great skill. We weren't disappointed by our visit to your restaurant. Always attentive to the customers. We didn't eat oysters, and you brought us smoked trout. It was delicious. You came to each table to wish us a happy new year with a kind word for each of us; I had to keep laughing like that. The place is beautiful, with a keen eye for detail. I highly recommend this establishment; you won't be disappointed! Thank you for everything!

A very warm welcome, a magnificent setting where time stands still. The food is excellent, even more so, and I especially recommend visiting Clos Sainte Apolline, just down the steps on the left. The owner is very pleasant and knows his winemaking craft extremely well.

We were treated very poorly and our dignity was attacked in front of an entire room of guests by a very arrogant receptionist. 🙏
Unfortunately, she didn't know who she was dealing with...
Revenge is a dish best served cold. 🤗

Go for it without hesitation!
We arrived at 7 pm on New Year's Eve, without a reservation due to a cancellation elsewhere, but the team still managed to add a table for us at the last minute.
The meal was as good as the service: excellent!
A huge thank you to the whole team for saving our New Year's Eve; we thoroughly enjoyed it.
We'll be back! 🌟

A wonderful experience for the whole family. It was a chance to introduce the children to the passion and art of French gastronomy, to share flavors, expertise, family history, and above all, (very!) delicious things! They especially enjoyed the granitas in the middle of the meal ☺️.

This isn't our first visit, but it's not too late to share our experience. The menu is varied, offering a very tempting selection from appetizer to dessert.
I chose a snail tartlet for my starter, a game roast for my main course, and an apple "invisible" for dessert. The presentation of the dishes was beautiful. The service was a little too fast for my taste, but efficient for the most part. Having trainees in the dining room is a nice touch. The Alsatian, wine-growing, hunting, and regional ambiance is very welcoming. They accept holiday vouchers, which is a bonus.

The prices are quite high, as is typical of establishments aiming for a certain level of prestige.
