We had a really great waitress.
The downside was that we were seated at the back of the room in a small corner, and no one came to see us.
Luckily, thanks to our waitress who went to get the princesses for us, my daughter loved it.
The meal was very good, but it's a shame there weren't many dishes to choose from.

I wanted to leave this review because, regardless of the wait times for our food, the person in charge of our table—my five-and-a-half-year-old daughter and I—was delighted by their professionalism and responsiveness. The princesses are fabulous; thank you for the wonder my daughter felt. Each appearance was a unique moment. Knowing how much work this represents, you did a fantastic job! Again, a special mention to the person in charge of our table (a father and his daughter dressed as Frozen characters).

I remove one point for the food, since it is not really worth the price: you can have better, less expensive meals in Paris. That being said, it is defintely the best one I had inside Disneyland Paris so far (I have yet to test Walt's). Overall, the food is not great inside the park, but this one is definitely delicious. Nevertheless, the point here is not the food. You pay for eating in the castle and meeting the princesses (and Cinderella's mice). You pay for the experience. I liked the food and the experience, so even though it was expensive, I had a very good time.

My wife and I booked a table for New Year's Eve... What a pleasure to enjoy freshly prepared dishes, especially when served by such a pleasant young man! We thank Armand for his professionalism, his warm welcome, and his friendliness!

As frequent Disney visitors, my partner and I had never been to this restaurant before, but for our daughter's 6th birthday, we decided to take the plunge. Frankly, it's expensive, but we were delighted with the experience. The staff were lovely and professional, the setting is magnificent, the food excellent, and most importantly, the princesses! We saw Cinderella, Snow White, Jasmine, Merida, and the two mice, Suzie and Perla. They each took the time to interact with us, especially our daughter, whose eyes lit up every time. If you have the chance, go for it; it's really worth it. We found the atmosphere very pleasant and quite calm, even though we had a meal from 12:30 to 2:00 PM.

A wonderful experience at Auberge de Cendrillon! A huge thank you to Shana, our server, who was incredibly pleasant, smiling, and attentive throughout the meal. Her professionalism truly made it a magical moment. We will gladly return!

The welcome was satisfactory and the quality of the meals quite appreciable. The princesses were remarkable, and the rest of the staff was also impeccable. However, the table service left much to be desired. The waitress, Samira, was particularly distant, cleared our plates before we had finished eating, and despite several requests, water was only served with dessert. Furthermore, no attention was paid to our feelings during the meal. Such an attitude is all the more regrettable given the price charged, €100 per adult and €50 per child, a price that should logically be accompanied by impeccable service. This experience unfortunately tarnished the entire experience.

Go for the experience of the princess interactions and the atmosphere, not the food. The meal alone does not justify the cost
