A magnificent discovery! Thank you for the warm welcome and the aperitif. The setting is absolutely superb, warm and refined, with a splendid view of the surrounding mountains. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great professionalism and kindness. As for the cuisine, it was a true culinary journey. Each dish is prepared with great finesse, using high-quality seasonal produce and a presentation worthy of the finest French restaurants. The flavors are perfectly balanced, and each plate testifies to the chef's talent and passion. The service is impeccable, attentive, and discreet, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A must-visit for lovers of fine food and culinary discoveries. We will return with great pleasure. Bravo to the whole team! 👏🍷🍽️ If I could give 6 stars, I would without hesitation!

We chose this inn to celebrate my mother's birthday, and what a great decision it was! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and the service was warm and impeccable. We'll definitely be back to try the summer and autumn/winter menus...and next spring's!

A superb discovery in the region! We drove 40 minutes, but it was absolutely worth the trip! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming; you feel right at home. The service is relaxed and informal, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. It's a far cry from the pretentiousness you find in some fine dining establishments, which I find can be off-putting, and we really appreciated this approach. As for the food, the menu changes with the seasons, everything is homemade, and you can taste the difference! We savored every bite, from the amuse-bouche to the petit fours. The cooking was perfect, the seasonings were beautifully balanced, and the sauces were delicious! We'll gladly return to try the new menu. Thank you for this wonderful experience!

Our taste buds will remember it! A meal with our children and a friend. As usual, a very warm welcome, pleasant and smiling staff, always available for us. The "Bois des Pesses" menu was truly excellent! Everything was delicious and presented in such a way that our eyes could savor all the flavors of the dishes! Thank you so much to the whole team, don't change a thing, see you all soon!

A sumptuous inn, decorated with exquisite taste and delicacy, truly deserving of a Michelin star! We were a party of four and received a warm welcome from the moment we entered the inn, throughout the impeccable service, until our departure. The dishes are prepared with seasonal ingredients, and we discovered sublime flavors. I thank the entire family who run this little gem; we had an explosive experience of flavors in a warm and inviting atmosphere. I look forward to returning to rediscover this beautiful inn.

21/07/2024: Découverte d un restaurant sans prétention, avec terrasse au calme. Les pizzas sont délicieuses, pâte croustillante et légère. Le reste de la carte est plus ordinaire mais un menu,avec café inclus, pour 17 euros, est exceptionnel et donc,appreciable.
26/06/2024: Je suis déjà allé dans cet endroit, c’est une super pizzeria. Toujours aussi bien les plats sont excellents. La pâte est Pizza est un vrai succès. Bravo Chef terrasse très appréciable. Je recommande.

09/09/2024: We stayed 3 nights at the Hôtel du Bois Joli and everything was perfect, a beautiful and large renovated room with a view of the valley, delicious breakfasts and dinners with seasonal and local products. A warm, family atmosphere, we will come back and we highly recommend it.
08/09/2024: 2nd time we came to Bois Jolie (1st time in January with snow), this time in summer and we were not disappointed! Warm and pleasant welcome, the rooms have been renovated, it's very successful! We were able to try the outdoor swimming pool which is very nice. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant (2nd time too), and it was excellent, faultless, both in terms of taste and dishes offered. Breakfast is always good and enjoyable. It’s definitely a good little address to remember if you’re in the area! ---------------------------------------------- Great experience at Bois Joli! Welcome and attentive service. The room is very pleasant, cozy, well renovated and offers a view of the mountains. 10 minutes by car from Thollon-les-memises and with hiking trails around. The restaurant is great, the dishes are sublime; the combination of the different products is perfect, we had a great time!
