As for Vincent, he always offers excellent advice on wine selection, with a perfect understanding of food and wine pairings. Together, they make a wonderful team in the dining room. Their passion for their craft is contagious, and they know how to share their love of exceptional cuisine. Once the visuals are satisfied, it's time for the pleasure of the palate: surprising, refined, and perfectly executed flavors. Each bite is a discovery, combining originality, finesse, and balance. A huge congratulations to the entire kitchen team for their exceptional work. This is a must-visit restaurant that I wholeheartedly recommend and will continue to spread the word about. 01/08/2026: Veju today for lunch with my partner. This little restaurant is a real gem. Antonio, the owner, and Christophe, the chef, I take my hat off to them. It used to be a restaurant, and seeing them both gone is heartbreaking. Despite being short-staffed, they're still dedicated to serving their customers. Guys, I give you a big bravo! We had a lovely time with a superb hand-cut steak tartare (fantastic!). We'll be back very soon to try the pizzas, as from what we've read and seen, they look absolutely delicious.
