A real treat! We came for lunch with our two children and received a very warm welcome. The dining room is lovely. We ordered two mussels and fries (a special available only on Fridays), and they were excellent, with a truly delicious sauce! My children had the chicken with morels, and they loved it too. A wonderful discovery, and I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to try it. Thank you all! 👍

It was like going to the Godmother's house. You don't lack for food and it's delicious. The salad is well dressed, the cassoulet as it should be, full to the brim and with raw materials and execution that doesn't go unnoticed. The Chef knows how to keep a Catalan happy.

A delicious cassoulet with unbeatable service and a pleasant terrace. We went to visit the Cabrespine cave with family and for lunch we stopped in Villeneuve Minervois. We did the Salad and Cassoulet option for €25 per person. 100% recommended.

A wonderful find after our visit to the Cabrespine chasm! Excellent welcome 👍 The beef cheek, polenta, and small vegetables were very tasty, and the house dessert was white chocolate with a delicate raspberry coulis that wasn't too sweet (25 euros for a main course and dessert). I highly recommend this magnificent inn.
