First time at this establishment. A fantastic welcome, a top-notch homemade menu that was absolutely delicious, and impeccable service. I highly recommend this place because it's rare to find such kind people, and the value for money is incredible, especially considering how touristy Vézelay is. We will definitely be back!

Very good menu. Good food, balanced portions, no leftovers. Very slow service. Our meal took 2 hours and 30 minutes. There was only one person in the kitchen and one in the dining room.

14/02/2026: Following a car breakdown, we received a very warm welcome from the team at Relais du Morvan. After a delicious meal and friendly conversation with them, we were kindly driven to the train station. In short, truly excellent service, the kind you rarely find. We look forward to visiting you again when we have more time!
01/02/2026: We ended up staying two nights between Christmas and New Year's, planning a short break! It has the feel of an old-fashioned inn, authentic, The welcome was very warm and friendly 😊 Mulled wine at the bar after our refreshing walks Delicious food at the restaurant. Le Vézelien

15/12/2025: Passing through in December, we had a lovely walk in Vézelay. We weren't bothered by mass tourism at all, which was perfect. We ate at the only restaurant open, and we weren't disappointed at all. We had veal paupiettes with tagliatelle and an excellent sauce, all homemade. And of course, an equally excellent dessert. The young woman who served us was very friendly and welcoming. The service was very quick. Stop by if you enjoy authentic and wholesome cuisine. Thank you!
