Very well received by Vincent, very nice experience for our stay for the Vendee Globe 2024, I recommend this hotel without hesitation, calm, serenity, exceptional breakfast, it feels like home.

Vincent’s welcome is exceptional as is the presentation of his menu. He serves us with passion, a few touches of humor which allowed us to have a pleasant time.

We slept there one night and ate there in the evening during a weekend exploring the Vendée. For the restaurant, a quality menu with local products. The room was spotless. This place is full of charm. Kindness and kindness from the hosts. We recommend with your eyes closed!
We had a very pleasant stay at the Clos de la Court d'Aron, Vincent was very attentive to the smallest details.
We also enjoyed a delicious dinner from his wife in the restaurant adjoining the lodge.

A beautiful address, this Clos d'Aron with Vincent taking great care of his customers in a perfectly maintained historic setting. We will certainly come back to learn about Madame's cuisine.
20/07/2024: Avant d'aller visiter le parc floral en début d'aprem dans ce village, nous avons cherché un resto dans le secteur.
Nous avons choisi d'aller dans ce bar/resto.
Très bon accueil du patron fort sympathique et qui nous a serré la main dès notre arrivée 😊.
Nous avons pris tous kes 3, la formule plat/dessert à 15 €.
Nous avons tous pris le plat du jour "cabillaud avec écrasé de pomme de terre. Sinon, il y avait andouillette.
Comme j'avais pris une andouillette lors d'un précédent resto, j'ai opté pour le cabillaud sans grande conviction car je m'attendais à une présentation toute simple.
J'ai été stupéfait à l'arrivée du plat et encore plus lors de la dégustation => cuisson parfaite du poisson à la nacre (à peine cuit mais cuit quand même), un vrai délice, excellent.
En dessert, nous avons pris :
- 2 x pana cotta coulis fruits rouges et spéculos => excellent
- 1 x riz au lait et caramel au beurre salé => excellent
Nous avons accompagné nos 3 repas d'un verre de Chardonnay et de 2 verres de Sauvignon => bon et pas cher, seulement 3 € le verre.
Restaurant qui mérite le détour => excellent
L'accueil et le service ont été faits avec sourire et sympathie.
