Auberge de la Double sur Echourgnac

What a delight this cuisine was! The Landes salad was generously filled, the foie gras was wonderful, the duck parmentier with its mashed potatoes and sauce was divine, and the portion of duck was very generous. The blackberry cake was a real surprise, somewhere between a cake and a flan, melting in your mouth. The owners welcome you with a big smile and always have a kind word. We will return when we are in the area again. I highly recommend this inn. Thank you for everything.

A wonderful discovery, a chance encounter on our journey. A pleasant place, the beef was very tender, and it was good value for money.

Lunch at this inn was delightful. This establishment has a large dining room and an outdoor terrace. I thoroughly enjoyed my pork stir-fry and the delicious strawberry dessert. I will return at Christmas to try the foie gras.

We've been several times, we've had the weekday set menu, the weekday set menu with an extra dish, and the Sunday set menu. I'd take them all; good food, good service, and a good atmosphere.

On our return journey along the back roads, we took the time to stop for our 5-month-old daughter and discovered this village restaurant. What a find! A warm and friendly place, a 5-star welcome, and such kindness from the owner and her daughter (I think). And what can I say about the superb terrace and the beautiful interior, and the food prepared with taste and passion?

Simple but tasty food made with good ingredients at a reasonable price. I don't regret this stop in Echourgnac at all between two business trips.

Hello, We enjoyed our lunch. The cucumber and zucchini carpaccio was delicious, the beef lasagna was excellent, and to finish, a lovely seasonal fruit salad. We recommend this inn.
