Auberge de La Fontaine sur Lognes

I ate there with a group while traveling. There are three dining rooms, two of which were completely full during the meal...that speaks volumes about the quality of the food! There were six of us, and we were a bit rushed. We ordered four Friday couscous dishes and a separate starter/main course/dessert. The service was quick and impeccable. The semolina was superb, and the lamb was melt-in-your-mouth tender. The couscous was top-notch! It's a shame I don't live in the area; it would have been my go-to spot!

A traditional restaurant, just the way we like them. Excellent food at a reasonable price. It's like the countryside in the city!

My first visit was with a regular customer of the restaurant. I was promised a delicious couscous and a warm, family welcome, and that promise was kept. My wife has already spotted her next dish for when we return: kidneys!

I've been going to this restaurant for a few years now, and it's always a real pleasure to return. The food is consistently excellent and delicious. A special mention goes to Leelo, one of the waitresses, who is absolutely lovely: always smiling, attentive, and professional. In fact, all the staff are welcoming and friendly. An excellent place that I recommend without hesitation!
