We stumbled upon this place while descending from the Roche de Solutré, and we were so lucky! There's a proper parking lot for customers (don't stop on the bumpy road!), a lovely terrace, and finally, beautiful, spacious dining rooms with tables spaced far enough apart to truly appreciate your meal. The young woman who served us was incredibly kind and gracious, even though we couldn't linger. The food was absolutely delicious, and the Pouilly-Fuissé was, of course, perfect. We'll definitely be back to spend more time here. Thank you!

A Sunday lunchtime in late February 2026. We are regulars at this excellent restaurant. A warm welcome and very good food. The only downside, though perhaps this is a one-off, was that the order in which customers arrived wasn't respected. A couple arrived after us and were served well before us. We had to ask for a snack with our aperitif. Unaware of this, we were surprised to have to pay for the homemade sparkling water, which hadn't been the case before. Finally, the wait to be served was very long that Sunday, but it must be said that the restaurant was very busy that day and an extra server would have been welcome.

Very good, good food, reasonable price, good wine... It's real home cooking, not mass-produced; it's French cuisine as we should find it more often.

We came for Valentine's Day and had a wonderful time. The meal was delicious. A special mention for the dessert, which was incredible. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture before devouring it.
