A true gem! The dishes were fresh, carefully prepared, and absolutely delicious. What makes this place truly special is its warm and welcoming atmosphere: from the moment you arrive, you feel like you're visiting friends. A HUGE thank you to Philippe and his chef Jérôme, with whom I had a very pleasant and convivial time. Arriving unexpectedly around 3:30 pm, I was welcomed almost like a friend, with warmth and smiles, and they cooked for me despite the late hour. A delicious one-dish meal with Morteau sausage and a local Chardonnay with a fruity, mineral character! All served at the counter at my request! Thank you, Philippe and Jérôme, and if I come back, as promised, I'll have a full meal with a starter and dessert. Signed, the three-wheeled scooter rider (they'll understand).
