A great find on our trip! A set menu for €29.50 (starter, main course, dessert). Considering the quality and quantity, I highly recommend it. It's a shame it's so far from home that we couldn't make it our regular stop. Keep up the good work! Plus, they accept dogs.

An exceptional experience at Auberge la Selette! For me, it's simply the best dry-aged beef restaurant in Occitanie. The selection is vast, the aging process is perfectly controlled, and the cooking is precise. The team and service are top-notch! They also have a great wine cellar :)
The real bonus: you can even take your meat home for amazing barbecues. A must for true connoisseurs.

Edit: Second visit in February 2026, huge disappointment... Extremely long wait between the starter and the main course; we had to wait over an hour, which completely ruined our appetite. A few disappointments with some dishes: the gratinated mussels were very dry, you had to search for the aioli on top; as for the burger, the patty was incredibly compact, like it had been reassembled, the quality of these patties is really poor! And the children's menu at €11.50 with cooked ham would be much nicer with a good quality grilled ham.
The bill was very high in the end.
I'm sorry, but I have to change my review and my rating; unfortunately, we won't be back.
July 2024, Everything was perfect! A lovely team, a very warm welcome, the meal was excellent, you can tell everyone really enjoys their work, it's a real pleasure to eat at your restaurant.

A delightful restaurant with a touch of Flemish hospitality. Delicious combinations with an original presentation. In 2020 and 2025, some interesting changes were made, creating a contemporary look, a beautiful outdoor kitchen, cabinets with aged meats (a must for meat lovers), a bar, and an indoor BBQ.

Excellent rib of beef. It was listed as weighing 1.3kg, but the bill showed it weighed 1.6kg, so please check your bill before paying, which we didn't do. Too bad for us.
